PM MONDAY: 69 NEW WV CASES COVID-19

The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources (DHHR) has confirmed 54 new cases of COVID-19 and an additional death in its Monday evening report. This brings the death total in the state to 97 and the days total to 69 new cases.

The DHHR reports that as of 6 p.m., on July 13, 2020, there have been 211,006 total confirmatory laboratory results received for COVID-19, with 4,313 total cases and 97 deaths.

DHHR has confirmed the death of an 85-year old female from Ohio County.

According to the DHHR’s website, there are currently 1,329 active cases and 2,819 recovered cases in the state.
