ROANE OFFICERS MAKE SATURDAY ARRESTS

Roane authorities made two arrests Saturday. Stephanie Rea Garrett, 30, was charged with DUI-1. Ruth Mitchell Salisbury, 60, was charged with possession of meth and pot. Both are in Central Regional Jail.
