SPENCER On June 17, 2020, Cheryl Sheri Hunt passed away at age 75 after a brief illness in her Norwalk OH residence.Matthew 5:4 Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted. Back in the day she was an avid off-road 4 Wheel Drive racer and enjoyed both deer and turkey hunting at her residence in West Virginia with her husband Paul. She was born August 6, 1944 in Morgantown WV, the daughter of Ruth (Triplett) and Barkley Pounds. She is survived by her husband, Paul Hunt and her children, James Hall of Pacifica CA, Kimberly Caskey of Harrogate TN, Mark Seaman of Ft. Walton Beach FL, Tammy Seaman of Hudson MA, Sandy Cox of Carrollton KY, Michael Hunt of Akron OH, and Steven Hunt of Woodsville NH; seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Carolyn Pounds; and brothers, Ronald Pounds and Charles Pounds. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, June 22 at John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral. Burial will be in Eventide Cemetery, Spencer.
