BRAXTON, CLAY, ROANE AUTHORITIES MAKE ARRESTS

Gilmer County authorities arrested Tyler Bruce Meadows, 20, and charged him with domestic battery, destruction of property and animal cruelty. Elbert Lee Testerman, Jr., 47, was was charged in Gilmer with numerous moving violations and was incarcerated over a bail-piece. Clay County authorities arrested Bryan Wayne Chandler, 38, charging him with battery. They also arrested Anthony Lewis Jones, 40, charging him with possession with intent to deliver and Connie Sue Miller, 50, and charged her with wanton endangerment. Roane authorities arrested Jacob Cole Moore, 32, and charged with home confinement violation and issued a capias warrant.
