BRAXTON AUTHORITIES ARREST SUBJECTS, WANTON ENDANGERMENT (06/15/2020) Braxton County authorities arrested Cynthia Duran, 36, charging her with wanton endangerment. They also arrested Mark Ray Ryan Youkin, 36, charging him with domestic assault and battery. They are in Central Regional Jail.
