LARGE NUMBER OF REGIONAL ARRESTS

A Clay County man, David Lee Patterson, 62, was arrested for crashes involving death or personal injury (Erin's Law), receiving and transferring stolen property, improper registration, improper motor vehicle registration and no insurance. He is in Central Regional Jail. A Roane County man was arrested on multiple charges Thursday and incarcerated. Channing Lee Cutlip, 47, was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, obstructing an officer and assault on an officer. Jonathan Paul Starcher, 36, and Douglas Lee Bottenfield, 48, of Roane County, were arrested for possession with intent to deliver and conspiracy to commit a felony. Kevin Lee Goff, 59, and William Eric Dean, 39, of Roane were incarcerated for home confinement violation. Shawn Michael Talbert, 25, was arrested in Gilmer County for DUI-3rd and driving revoked DUI. His bond is set at $10,000.
