| The Wirt County Fair Association has had to make the very regrettable and difficult decision to postpone the 61st annual Wirt County Fair, according to their Facebook page/
"We have debated, worried, and fretted this decision while watching the guidelines that have been issued by the CDC, Health Department, and Governor. The guidelines are still unclear and there seems to be no clear direction to come. We feel the safety of staff, vendors, 4-H, FFA, parents, and visitors takes precedence over all else."
