Frank E. "Chip" Zinn, 52, of Tanner

Frank E. "Chip" Zinn age 52 of Tanner WV, departed this life suddenly on the evening of Monday, May 25, 2020 at his residence following a sudden illness.

He was born October 20, 1967 in Akron OH, son of Rosalie Zinn of Tanner and the late Frank E. "Ted" Zinn.

Chip is a graduate of Gilmer County High School, class of 1985. He spent most of his working life as an industrial electrician and an over the road truck driver. In his spare time, Chip was an avid reader, loved living the quiet life, spending time with family and friends, being a loving uncle to his nieces, and having a sarcastic answer for everything.

Along with his mother Rosalie, Chip is survived by 2 siblings, Stephen Zinn of Tanner and Karen Skidmore (Richard) of Liberty WV; and 2 nieces, Rosemary and Maria Skidmore also of Liberty.

Also surviving is a host of cousins and many other wonderful family and friends.

Along with his father, Chip is preceded in death by twin infant brothers.

A public graveside service will be conducted at the Good Shepard Catholic Cemetery in Tanner WV at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 30, 2020 with Pastor Kenny Fisher officiating.
