911 dispatched responders to a UTV accident at Oshe Lane, lower Leading Creek at 6 p.m. Thursday.
A teen boy reportedly received multiple trauma in the accident, and was taken to a landing zone at Big Bend by Calhoun EMS, where he was flown by chopper to a medical center.
Also responding to the accident was the Grantsville Volunteer Fire Department.
The Calhoun Sheriffs Department is investigating.
