REGIONAL ARRESTS

Arrested in Clay County Friday was Thomas Roy Holcomb, 53. and was charged Thursday with burglary and destruction of property. Clay authorities arrested Jacob Scott Miller, 37, Wednesday and incarcerated him in Central Regional Jail. He is charged with speeding, driving suspended, no MVI, no insurance, improper registration, fleeing on foot and fleeing in a vehicle. Dustin Alan Conley, 39, was charged in Roane with petit larceny. Braxton authorities arrested Camden Alan Carpenter, 35, charging him with home confinement violation. They also charged William Lewis Miller, 43, charging him with altering manufactures number on motor vehicle.
