As face to face appointments increase, your safety is our top priority. To ensure your safety, our safety measures will include: • Continue screening of individuals for fever and COV1D19 symptoms before entering the facility. If symptoms are present, they will be directed accordingly. Masks will be provided. • A no visitor policy. Appointments will consist of only the patient, with special situations allowing flexibility. •A new scheduling/lobby process to ensure social distancing. • Proper cleaning end sanitizing process for the facility. • PPE supplies available and properly worn. • Telehealth services available.
