REGIONAL ARRESTS (05/05/2020) Braxton officials arrested Frank Stephen Verton, 20, and charged him with disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer. Erica Renea Randolph, 29, was charged by Roane officials with obstructing an officer. They are in Central Regional Jail.
