| Roane County authorities arrested Okey Woodrow Johnson, Jr., 47. Friday and incarcerated him in Central Regional Jail.
Johnson is charged with sexual assault, first degree.
Also arrested in Roane County, William Travis Matheney, 39.
He is charged with obstructing an officer, expired MVI, no insurance, no operators, and was arrested on a capias warrant.
Calhoun authorities arrested Edward Harvey Burrows, 29, and incarcerated him in Central Regional Jail on a fugitive warrant.
