Calhoun sheriff Jeff Starcher assisted by Deputy Myers and Cpl. B. E. Young of the WVSP, arrested Matthew Ryan Hall, 34, Friday and incarcerated him in Central Regional Jail.
He was charged with possession of a controlled substance, failure to stop at stop sign and failure to signal.
His bond is set at $20,000.
