ROANE OFFICIALS ARREST THREE FRIDAY AM

Roane County authorities arrested three Friday morning and incarcerated them in Central Regional Jail. Foster Allen Ray, 70, was charged with wanton endangerment, possession of firearm, prohibited person with firearm, and domestic battery. Bond has been set at $30,000 cash. Beth Ann Parsons, 23, was charged with petit larceny. Bond set at $5,000. Cecil Ray Sharp, 49, was charged with DUI, DUI-3rd, no registration and no MVI. Bond set at $12,000.
