FIRST CORONAVIRUS DEATH REPORTED IN WV

3/29/2020 - State health officials announced West Virginia's first coronavirus-related death Sunday evening. The woman was an 88-year-old from Marion County, according to a West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources news release.
