REGIONAL ARRESTS

Roane County arrested Scott Aaron Pickens, 32, and incarcerated him in Central Regional Jail. He is charged with DUI, leaving the scene of an accident, attempted escape, leaving the scene of an accident, assault on an officer, hit and run and obstructing an officer. Ronald Michael Gimore, 37, was arrested and incarcerated Saturday. He is charged with DUI-3rd and fleeing with reckless indifference. His bond is $25,000 cash only.
