(03/23/2020)
3/23/2020 - Frontier had services restored Sunday afternoon but they went back down sometime late last night. and seem to be restored today.

MHHS indicted the lack of phone services was negatively affecting the health center.

911/OES Director Julie Sears said it appeared there have been at least 576 outages in the county. It was affecting the local exchanges being able to dial outside numbers, but it appears to be fixed Monday.

3/22/2020 - Frontier long distance services have apparently been down for about 36 hours at noon Sunday.

We have been unable to confirm the problem of fix time with Frontier.

It appears that all 655 numbers are down.

3/21/2020 - Frontier phone services are down in parts of Calhoun, more particularly in southern Calhoun.

Others reports indicate long distance service is not working.

Not unusual, Hur Herald readers are reporting Frontier internet services are worse than usual, which is already terrible.

Even at the Hur Herald, where we pay top dollar for satellite internet service, about $2,400 annually, now slowing down to old dial-up speeds.

We are now taking ourselves back in time doing the Herald, when we didn't know any better.
