Vandals have struck the new Rocksdale-"Egypt Ridge Bridge before it could be dedicated and re-named, the "Cpl. Eddie Dean Starcher Memorial Bridge," according to Justin Smith, District Engineer- Manager of the WDOH, who provided these photos of the graffiti, about six spots on bridge
