Parkersburg, WV, March 17, 2020 â The Mid-Ohio Valley Health Department has cancelled food handlers' classes for the next three months. Online classes are also available and recognized from the following outside entities: Serv Safe; State Food Safety; and TAP Series. Fees apply.
