REGIONAL ARRESTS

Braxton authorities arrested Camden Allen Carpenter, 35, and charged him with burglary and conspiracy. He is in Central Regional Jail. Joseph Lee Moore, 40, of Clay was charged with possession with intent to deliver. His bond has been posted at $5,000. Roane authorities arrested Jeremiah Gene Starcher, charged and incarcerated Thursday with domestic assault, intimidation of public officials and obstructing.
