Gerald Ralph Izzi, 76, of Chloe, WV passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at Louis A Johnson VA Medical Center. He was born January 26, 1944 in Chicago, IL, son of the late Sam and Alice Cimino Izzi.
