REGIONAL ARRESTS

Gilmer County authorities arrested Travon Caron Harrington, 19, and incarcerated him in Central Regional Jail Thursday. He is charged with obstructing an officer, failure to report accident, false information to officer, crashes involving vehicle. A Clay County woman, Kelly Ruth McKinney, 33, was charged with grand larceny and incarcerated. Bond was set at $10,000 cash. Michael Allen Nichols, 62, of Roane County, was charged with possession with intent to deliver and possession of marijuana. Bond at $10,000. Braxton authorities arrested Brandon Dale Stalnaker, 30, and charged him receiving and transferring stolen goods. Bond at $210,000. A Roane County man, Justin Ray Skaggs, 32, was incarnated for probation violation.
