Robert "Buzz" Starcher, 51, of Spencer, died Saturday, February 29, 2020, at Roane General Hospital, Spencer, after a short illness.
He was born May 31, 1968, at Zanesville, Ohio, the son of Peggy Schreckengost of Spencer and the late Howard A. Starcher.
Buzz was a retired carpet installer, 1986 graduate of Ripley High School and a United States Air Force veteran.
Additional survivors include a brother, Steve (Patricia) Starcher of Spencer; nephew, Trenton Lanier of Spencer; Erika (Brian) Lee of Charleston; grandnephew, Mason Lee also of Charleston.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Neil Starcher.
There will be no visitation or service.
