| Roane authorities arrested Junie Louise Kirk, 30, and charged her with driving suspended and obstructing. She is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $5,000. Arrested on a capias warrant in Clay was Paul Austin Truman, 33. He is in Central Regional Jail. |
