| Jeffery Mitchell Hoskins, 59, of Spring Run Road, Arnoldsburg saw his sentencing on hold, a charge of conspiracy to enter a building other than a dwelling deferred while he participates in the drug court program.
Hoskins was arrested last year after the victim's brother, who was in another state watching from a security camera, allegedly saw Hoskins and another suspect trying to break into his sister's vacant home near Reedy.
Justin Lee Hardway, 27, of Otto Road, Spencer, pled guilty to
conspiracy and driving while his license was revoked for DUI-3rd offense in exchange for dismissal of a charge of leaving the scene of an accident with property damage Ashley set sentencing for April 1.
Dustin Edward Hardway, 29, of Otto Road, Spencer, who pled guilty earlier to conspiracy to transfer stolen goods, was placed on three years probation to include drug treatment at a facility in Huntington.
