Braxton authorities arrested Benjamin Seth Divita, 31, and charged him with domestic assault and battery. Bond set at $10,000. A Roane County woman was picked up on a capias warrant and also charged with conspiracy. Bond has been set at $5000 cash for Melissa Dawn Griffin, 43, They are in Central Regional Jail.
