CARPENTER APPEARS IN CIRCUIT COURT, ENTRY OF A PLEA

Calhoun Circuit Court was in session Tuesday, a single case being heard for Brandy Jo Carpenter by Judge Anita Harold Ashley. Records undicate Brandy Jo Carpenter, 33, was indicted September, 2019, on one count of Burglary, a felony; two counts of Domestic Battery, both misdemeanors; one count of Destruction of Property, a misdemeanor; two counts of Obstructing an Officer, both misdemeanors; and one count of Public Intoxication, a misdemeanor. The case was investigated by Trooper First Class B. E. Young of the West Virginia State Police. The case Tuesday was scheduled for an entry of a plea.
