Carol Lee Withrow, 81, of Chloe WV (formerly of Braxton Co.) passed away at age 81 on Saturday, February 1, 2020, at Clay Health Care.Carol was born on November 26, 1938 in Charleston WV to Collett Ami and Thelma (Wheaton) Withrow. He married his 1st wife Nancy (Simonds) Withrow and had three children Gary, Annette and Stephanie. He married his 2nd wife Branda (Miller) Withrow and had two children Shannon and Carol. He was a mechanic by trade and retired from Tag Gallian/Team Chevrolet in Charleston, WV. In addition to his parents and both wives, he was preceded in death by brothers Jack Withrow of Teays Valley WV, Robert Withrow of Ripley WV, and Jerry Withrow of Cross Lanes WV; sisters Janet Daugherty and Phyllis Withrow both of of Charleston WV and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He is survived by his five children Gary (Sherry) Withrow of Winchester VA, Annette (Roger) Osborne of Charleston, Stephanie (Timmy) Metheney of Chloe, Shannon Hall of Spencer WV and Carol Withrow, Jr. of Clio WV; 11 grandchildren Abby Withrow Roebuck, Aubrey Withrow, Aunna Osborne, Austin Metheney, Bryer Metheney, Jonathan Hall, Zoey Hall, Jacalynn Withrow, Alley Milam, Azira Withrow and Nevaeh Rader; brother Willis Withrow of Belle WV; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. A graveside service, followed by interment, will be held Friday, February 7, 2020 at Clover Cemetery, Clover WV at 12:00 p.m. under the direction of Stump Funeral Home & Cremation, Inc., Arnoldsburg, WV.
