POLICE ARREST FOUR IN ROANE COUNTY

Roane authorities arrested Kevin Michael Cessorma. 46, and charged him prohibited person with person prohited with a firearm. Also charged from Roane: Dake Lee Lokey, 23, obstructing. Jesse Morgan Starcher, 56, charged with possession of stolen property, assault on an officer, driving suspended and no insurance. Tina Marie Starcher, 48, charged with assault of an officer and obstruction. All are in Central Regional Jai.
