Parkersburg, WV -- The Parkersburg Area Community Foundation and Regional Affiliates (PACF) announces the availability of vocational/technical scholarships for students from throughout the Foundationâs service area of Calhoun, Doddridge, Gilmer, Jackson, Mason, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roane, Wirt, and Wood counties in West Virginia, and Washington County, Ohio. To access the Foundationâs scholarship applications, visit www.pacfwv.com/Scholarships/Apply. The application deadline is March 1, 2020.
