CLAY PEDESTRIAN STRUCK BY VEHICLE EARLY MORNING

The Clay Volunteer Fire Department responded about 7 a.m. in the area of Bullards Exxon, according to a post on the fire department’s Facebook.

A pedestrian was stuck by a vehicle.

Route 4 was temporarily closed for a short period of time in the area.

HealthNet was not available and the victim was taken by ambulance to Charleston.

A report on the pedestrian's condition was not available.

Clay EMS, Lizemore EMS, and Clay Police Department responded.
