REGIONAL ARRESTS - Roane Man Facing Six Charges

Roane authorities charged a Roane man Sunday with multiple offenses. Christopher Ray Shumate, 39, was charged with malicious assault, driving revoked DUI, prohibited person with firearm, burglary, escape from custody, domestic battery 2nd and destruction of property. He is in Central Regional Jail. Roane authorities also arrested Jackie Lee Gillenwater, 62, charged with driving revoked DUI, driving suspended 3rd, defective equipment and no insurance. He is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $10,000. Clay authorities arrested Dustin Clay Pritt, 38, and charged him with burglary and destruction of property. He is in Central Regional Jail with bond at $15,000.
