HUNTINGTON SHOOTING - The Cabell County Sheriff's Office said three teens are facing charges in connection to a shooting that injured one man.

Deputies said it happened about 8:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 8200 block of Fairview Ridge in Lesage. Deputies said the victim, Jerry Short of Glenwood, was checking on some property and attempted to block three trespassers. Deputies said the suspects fired three shots into his vehicle and one hit him in the left forearm.

The suspects fled the scene, and Short drove himself to Route 2 to wait for EMS.

The three suspects were later arrested. Julius T. Clagg, 18, of Lesage was charged with malicious wounding. Myron D. Brumfield, 19, of Lesage was charged with accessory after the fact. A juvenile was also charged but their name and charges
