CALHOUN-GILMER ADMINISTRATIVE COUNCIL - Meeting Minutes February 27

Members Present: Mr. Ronald Blankenship, presiding, Mr. David Bishop, Gilmer, Ms. Carol Ross, Gilmer, Mr. Burl Simers, Calhoun, Dr. Robert Rentschler, Secretary Mr. David Bishop substituting for Mrs. Sue Waggoner. Mr. Burl Simers substituting for Mr. Ralph Cunningham. The meeting was called to order by Mr. Blankenship. No delegations. No reports. Approval of Minutes: The minutes of January 21, 2003, were approved on motion of Ms. Ross; second by Mr. Bishop. Motion carried. Vote: Unanimous. New Business: Financial Matters - The list of bills to be paid, the financial report and two budget transfers were presented for approval. Mr. Simers moved to approve the financial matters as presented; second by Ms. Ross. Motion carried. Vote: Unanimous. No action was taken on personnel at this time. There was discussion regarding work-based transportation.
