GILMER MAN FACING SEVEN CHARGES - Regional Arrests

Gilmer authorities arrested a man Thursday evening, filing seven charges. Roy Junior Jenkins, Jr., 35, has been charged with domestic assault and battery, disorderly conduct, public intoxication, destruction of property, littering, and obstructing an officer. He is in Central Regional Jail. Roane County authorities arrested Ryan Scott Williams, 28, and charged him with possession of a controlled substance and obstructing an officer. He is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $7,500. A Braxton man was charged with fleeing with reckless indifference. Theodore R. Roby II has his bond set at $10,000 cash.
