Eva Maloney Little, 102, of Spencer

Eva Maloney Little passed away December 17, 2019, at Roane General Hospital Skilled Nursing Unit, at the age of 102 years.

Eva was born July 27, 1917, the daughter of the late Tim Maloney and Phoeba Maloney VanHoy. Also preceding her in death were her husband, Edward Little; sisters, Bessie Howell and Ruth Kirby; and brothers, Fred Taylor and Earl Taylor.

She was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church, Spencer.

Survivors include her son, Charles Little of Spencer; twin daughters, Marolyn Price of Fairmont and Carolyn Lane of Huntington; grandson, James Little; granddaughters, Debra Smith, Cindy Dranttel, Cristi Wetherholt, Kelli Zwoll and Minerva Saito; 11 great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren.

The funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, December 23 at John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, with Pastor Harold Cunningham officiating. Burial will be in Eventide Cemetery, Spencer. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the funeral.

Donations in her honor may be made to Hill Crest Baptist Church, Gideons International or Christmas Child Shoebox. The family expresses sincere thanks and appreciation to all the staff at Skilled Nursing Unit for their care, compassion and love to Eva and her family and friends.
