Clay authorities arrested a 46-year-old woman Monday and incarcerated he in Central Regional Jail. Laura Sue Randall is charged with grand larceny, fraudulent schemes, forgery, and uttering. A Gilmer man, Sherman Lee McPherson, 36, was arrested and incarcerated for failure to register as a sex offender
