REGIONAL ARRESTS

Gilmer County officials arrested Chase Michael Smarr, 23, and cvharged him with domestic battery. Bon set $5,000 cash. They also arrested Christopher Robin Hatton, 43, charging domestic assault. Bond $5,000 cash. They are in Central Regional Jail. Roane authorities arrested Michael Todd Collins, 33, and charged him with domestic battery. Braxton authorities picked-up Kristin Nicole Booher, 20, on a capias warrant and incarcerated her.
