| A Clay County man, Raymond Brown, has been charged with an extraordinary number of sexual abuse counts and is in Central Regional Jail.
He has 720 sexual abuse charges.
That includes 240 counts of sexual abuse first degree; 240 counts of sexual abuse by a parent or guardian and 240 more counts of incest.
Corporal R. R. Cervera and Children Protective Services indicated that a female student had come forward that she had been sexually assaulted by her father for several years.
