| Clay County authorities arrested a man Wednesday for sexual abuse.
Raymond Lee Brown, 47, is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $240,000 cash.
Brown is charged with incest, sexual assault 1st degree, sexual abuse by parent, guardian, custodian or person of trust. |
