FOUR-WHEELER ACCIDENT INJURES PARKERSBURG MAN - Evacuated By Health Net Chopper

A Parkersburg man received multiple injuries Friday afternoon when his four-wheeler wrecked on Straight Creek near the Wirt-Calhoun line. Jamie Loiseau, 26, was described in "stable condition" by emergency workers, with possible fractures. He was taken to Charleston Area Medical Center by Health Net III from Cabel-Huntington Hospital.

Loiseau was reportedly thrown from the vehicle. Calhoun EMS and members of the Grantsville Fire Department responded at 12:37 p.m. to a remote area on Straight Creek about six miles from Munday Road. Workers stated they had to cross a creek to reach the injured man.

CAMC's chopper was unavailable with services being dispatched from Huntington. Loiseau was life-flighted from the new Army Reserve Center near Big Bend.
