Preston Junior McCumbers III, 37, charged with conspiracy to commit a felony, possession with intent to deliver. Bond $20,000.
Christopher Mark Sampson, 33, charged with conspiracy to commit a felony, possession with intent to deliver. Bond $20,000.
They are in Central Regional Jail.
