CEO for Administrative Services, says the plan will help set goals, needs and upgrades for facilities and education.
"We will be having three community meetings for our CEFP and we would encourage parental and community input," Fitzwater said.

November 12 at Pleasant Hill Elementary. 4pm-5pm
