ROANE MAN CHARGED DOMESTIC BATTERY, ASSAULT AND BRANDISHING

Roane County authorities arrested Michael Eugene Goff, 25, Sunday and incarcerated him in Central Regional Jail. Goff was charged with domestic battery, domestic assault and brandishing. Braxton authorities arrested Kendall Nicole Riffle, 21, and charged her with possession of a controlled substance, escape and obstructing. She is in Central Regional Jail.
