GILMER MAN ARRESTED ON BRANDISHING CHARGES - Regional Arrests

A BOLO that was issued in Gilmer County for a man possibly armed with a hand gun or tazer has was cancelled about 5 p.m. after it was issued at 4:30 p.m. The man was located and is in custody with the Gilmer County Sheriff's Office. The man was last seen near the Stalnaker Trailer Park on Sycamore Road, according to the alert. Gilmer authorities did arrest Jody Ray Stewart, 42, Monday evening charging him with brandishing, obstructing, fleeing on foot and trespassing asked to leave. He us in Central Regional Jail. Kimberly Dawn Duskey, 48, was charged Monday by Calhoun authorities and incarcerated on a conspiracy charge. Calhoun authorities incarcerated John Dinsmore Bigger IV for home confinement violation. Cecil Judson Whipkey, 58, was arrested in Roane County and charged with daytime burglary and took him to Central Regional Jail.
