MOLASSES FESTIVAL KICKS OFF - Friday Returns To Heritage

Lots of cane waitin' a squeezin' The WV Molasses Festival is welcoming the community to a large Heritage Day on Friday, among those activities: Pottery, Inflatables, Civil War Soldiers, Old fashioned tools, Rug making, Music, string instruments, vocals, Book making. Main Hall is filled with award winning quilts "County Fair" entrees for judging There is more: Goat milking, Leather works, Molasses making, Vendors and Country Store, Small engine display, Bee keeping, Spinning wheel, Wood burning, Middle School demonstrations, student games, survey, and cultural information.
