He is being held in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $200,000.

In August, Phillip Nathan Keener, 38, of Grantsville was arrested and charged with attempted murder and wanton endangerment, a criminal complaint saying he fired a gun at Kyle Farrell and Douglas Parsons.

Calhoun sheriff's deputies responded to a call at 6:48 p.m. Tuesday in Grantsville, close to High and Wigner Streets, related to a conflict between individuals, one who was reportedly blocking access with a vehicle.

It was first reported that one of the subjects had a pistol.

Further reports indicated that no weapon was involved in the dispute, the incident being described as verbally aggressive.

Officers indicated that the situation was under control.

Gilmer authorities arrested Carly Sarah DeBarr, 37, and charged her with driving suspended-3rd, conspiracy, and accessory before the fact. She is in Central Regional Jail.
