CALHOUN COUNTY TO HOLD OPEN HOUSE ON DRAFT COMPREHENSIVE PLAN - September 24

The Calhoun County Planning Commission is hosting an Open House to gather community input regarding the formulation of a comprehensive plan. The comprehensive plan is a blueprint for the future of the entire county. This is your chance to let elected officials know your ideas on how to make Calhoun County’s future brighter.

All residents, business owners, and other interested persons are invited and encouraged to attend the meeting, which is being held on Tuesday, September 24th from 3:00pm to 5:00pm at the Calhoun County Courthouse, Circuit Court Courtroom, 3rd Floor, located at 363 Main Street, Grantsville, WV 26147.

The meeting will be in an open house format to accommodate participant’s schedules. Interested persons can stop by the Calhoun County Courthouse any time between 3:00pm-5:00pm on September 24th to learn about the comprehensive plan and help formulate ideas regarding the future of the county.

Representatives from the Calhoun County Planning Commission and the Land Use and Sustainable Development Law Clinic, WVU College of Law will be available to answer questions and take comments.
