SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT MAKES DUI ARRESTS - Regional Arrests

The Calhoun Sheriffs Department arrested David Oscar Thomas, 59, of Chloe, Tuesday night and charged him with aggravated DUI. He was taken to Central Regional Jail. Thomas J. Stone, 24, was arrested in Clay County Tuesday. He is charged with grand larceny, conspiracy, destruction of property and a capias. He is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $50,000. Gary Lee Nicholson, 51, of Calhoun was taken to Central Regional Jail for violation of home confinement. Roane authorities arrested Mindy Lou Hodge, 29, and charged her with DUI with child endangerment, child abuse with injury, and neglect with injury, all felony charges. She is in Central Regional Jail. Ashley Nacole Rhodes, 32,of Roane County, was charged with petit larceny, driving revoked DUI-1, improper registration, no insurance, and simple possession. Roane authorities arrested Zachary Alexander Burdette, 23, and charged him with charges of petit larceny and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. He is incarcerated. Calvin Lee Bryant, 40, of Clay has been charged with domestic assault and is incarcerated.
